My recruitment career started in 1994 doing IT Recruitment. During my IT Recruitment career, I worked for large agencies, small agencies and fast growing agencies. All of those experiences were invaluable in making me the recruiter I am today.
Since 2012, I managed a business embedded in Smart Technologies Recruitment.
At our inception we built the commercial and technical teams for the UK Smart Metering rollout, assisting regulation companies, technology companies and consultancies alike.
As the years have passed our knowledge and capability continued and grew into other technology areas, including Smart Cities, Smart Homes, Smart Buildings, Smart Grid, Smart Transportation, Internet of Things, M2M, Electric Vehicles, Vehicle to Grid, Battery Storage and Energy Trading.
We are fanatical about changing the perception of recruiters. For over 20 years I have prided myself on providing a valued service and a mutually beneficial partnership to my customers. I hate the way that great recruiters get tarred with the same brush as the fee chasing cowboys. I also hate the way that some customers do not value our importance in the process of securing their future.
